Singing group, Alliance knights Yola, split up over indifferences

Is it not a bit too early for that? Alliance knights entertainment, which in 2013 became one of the forces to storm the Yola music industry as it is has finally hit rock bottom. The crew which was diverse in various music genres,s including rap, hip hop, R & B, soul just to name a few had released a series of singles in 2013 that gave them the acclaim they need. However all that can now be counted in the ailes of history.
The breakup saw the exit of C-Fabz and Jenny who happened to be the first lady of the group. According to the C-fabz, the group had irreconcilable differences, there was no way i could continue so Jenny and i have decided to leave the group.
Jenny has not released any official statement concerning her reason but the rest of the group have moved on since then and are already in the studio cooking up new mixes according to the grape vine.

Nigeria Police donates cow, foodstuff to widows in Adamawa

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Abubakar, has donated foodstuff to widows of dead policemen in Adamawa State.
Presenting the materials at a ceremony at the police command headquarters in Yola, Mr. Abubakar said the gesture was to give the families a sense of belonging at this festive period.
Mr. Abubakar, who was represented by Yakubu Usman, the Commissioner of Police in charge of welfare at the IG’s office, said the police wants to show the bereaved that they were still part of the police family. He said the departure of their loved ones in active service would not be forgotten by the police which would continue to do all it can to give them a sense of belonging.
Also speaking at the occasion, the Adamawa State Police Commissioner, Godfrey Okeke, said the gesture was the first of its kind to widows since he joined the force over 30 year ago.
Mr. Okeke said the timely gesture coming at this festive period should be cherished by the beneficiaries.
While urging the beneficiaries not to consider the quantity of what they would get individually but the spirit behind it, Mr. Okeke assured that the command under him would always assist the families whenever any opportunity arises; such as police recruitment for their qualified children.
Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Felicia Zaki thanked the police for the gesture saying the concern shown to them was encouraging.
Ms. Zaki called for the sustenance of the gesture and the need to always remember their children whenever there was employment opportunity.
Items presented for distribution to the widows in Adamawa include bags of rice, cartons of cooking oil, and a cow.
